Refund Policy

The $60 non-refundable deposit will be reimbursed in casino chips upon checking in at the hotel. Cal Steam respectfully requests cancellation notices 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations can be emailed to Mary Demme at mary.demme@ferguson.com.
